audio9 stores the account you sign in with, the songs you make, and the credits attached to that account.
Sign-in uses Google, Apple, or an email code. We keep the account id and, when the provider sends it, your email and display name. Songs you mark public can be opened by anyone with the link, including the title, lyrics, audio, and cover. Private songs stay on your account.
Credits, invite codes, share rewards, and purchases are kept on our server so the balance follows the account. We use Google Analytics to count visits and product events such as generating, sharing, and playing. Those events include a locale and, when you are signed in, an account id. We also keep an anonymous visitor id in a cookie, plus the page you opened, so we can count page views and unique visitors. That id is not your account.
Photos you attach are kept on your device until you press generate. Then they are uploaded to write a song idea and may be sent to the image model so the cover can collage your photo into the artwork. The photo itself is not added to the public feed as a separate post. Generation prompts are sent to the model provider that makes the audio.
An ordinary photo or video you attach to a song is also saved with the song, on our public storage and CDN, so the music video looks the same when you share the link. Anyone who has the link to the song can see it, and the file's address is not listed anywhere else. Screenshots of chats are never saved this way; the replay uses a rewritten copy of the chat instead.
You can ask us to delete your account and the songs on it by emailing support@audio9.io. Public copies already saved by other people are outside that request. We do not sell personal information.
audio9 is for people 13 and older. We do not knowingly keep accounts for children under 13.
